In order to receive any funds from ACA, Member Organizations must comply with all of the steps that we herein describe.
There are certain restrictions that ACA places on funding member org events. Please review the Member Org handbook before applying. (Do not waste time applying for an expense that we cannot fund)
Funding applications must be turned in at least 6 weeks prior to the date of the event in order to process paperwork. Furthermore, any vendor we fund must be a USC approved vendor, unless an exemption is given by the ACA Directors. Of course, USC departments (FMS, Hospitality, etc.) are approved vendors.
